The Torrey Pines Dance Team was featured on NBC 7/39 San Diego as part of their High School Football Game of the Week. NBC 7/39 showcased the September 16th football game against Olympian H.S. and highlighted the Dance Team as a program that made TPHS special. At the 5 and 6 a.m. news hour it was shown live as part of the morning pep rally. In addition, a more in depth piece, including footage from class, interviews with Mrs. Kaye and select dancers, was featured on the afternoon 4 p.m. news segment. |
